Under very trying circumstances Bob provided a high level of knowledge, professionalism and yes patience as we struggled to find a home quickly that me all of needs.
He provided sound advice that helped us get the home bought and closed in 3 weeks. He has followed up numerous times to see how things are going and to offer advise on an upcoming construction project. Will use Bob on ALL future real estate needs.
I first met Bob when he helped me purchase my current home.
Bob was extremely responsive to our questions and navigated us through the process. Fast forward four years and Bob helped me with a difficult short sale of my elderly parent's home.
Bob was a amazing realtor to work with.
He was fast at finding homes to look at and always accomdating on when we could go and see them. When showing a home he is always thorough and explains the pros and cons of what is good and the bad in a home. Examples would be if he can see the potential on the home he'll let yea know it's a great deal and do everything in his power to make the right choice. And if it's too much or something is wrong. He'll let yeah know if it's worth fixing and give yeah knowledge on how much it would cost yea. Over all his personality and his knowledge of buying homes and also being a ex builder really helped us narrow down and buy our dream home. Me and my fiance wouldn't have wanted any other realtor but Bob to help us find our home!!!
